      Us at Slmusic, we know accidents can happen as much as common faults. We have seen it all from water damage to tonearms in pieces come threw our workshop daily. For the smaller repairs IE: RCA leads & arm clips. We provide a while you wait service on these repairs. For the larger repairs IE: tonearm repair & motor repair.

  We aim to get you back up in running as soon as possible, most common parts are always in stock ready to be fitted. In some cases we can repair the faulty part rather than replace it to save you cost. You also have the choice with us to have brand new original Technics parts or our selection of quality used original Technics parts fitted depending on your budget.

       At SLmusic we bring you the most professional turntable servicing this side of the planet. All our fully qualified electronics engineers are all former working djs and have a passion for turntables and anything DJ.

       Servicing a turntable is very important to keep it working at it's highest performance. We recommend a service every 1-2 years on the Technics turntable series.

       Let's start with whats included in our turntable servicing. In our standard service the turntable firstly your turntable gets tested for faults mechanical and electrical. Then we clean and re lubricate all moving parts example: spindle - buttons - pitch control.

      While this process is done your turntable will be striped down and each part is fully tested individually. Then we reassemble the turntable and use our knowledge and professional equipment to calibrate your turntable so it work like it did when new.

      Finally after all our work is done we fully function test your Technics turntable so it is up to our standard of performance before returning it back to you.

           If we find your turntable needs a new part while we are performing a service on the unit. We will inform you first before we carry out any work. Also you only pay for the part if one is needed our labour will be FREE* if your turntable is undergoing a service!
